Alma of the Forest

There’s an evil spirit poisoning the forest by Alma’s village, and without her help, soon the damage will be irreversible. In this survival adventure, you must restore the forest’s power by lighting magical lanterns and evading the malevolent phantom. With the help of friendly forest spirits—daemons whose souls are tied to the area through their love of these once-peaceful woods—Alma has to survive long enough to gather supplies and make it to the forest center to restore the power to the area and drive out the destructive forces once and for all.

Gameplay

It's up to you to restore the soul of the forest! Move through the forest collecting Shards, lighting Lanterns, and evading the phantom on your way to the center of the woods.

• Approach Soul Lanterns to speak to NPCs and light the Lanterns.

• Gather Soul Shards hidden along the forest path to power the next Lantern as you advance through the woods.

• You only have as as much time as your Soul Scepter allows. Once it starts to flicker, you're susceptible to the phantom's attacks.

• Power the Lantern at the center of the forest to defeat the phantom and restore the soul of the forest.
